Park Bom, former girl band member of the popular K-pop group 2NE1 has been on our radar for quite some time now due to stellar singing skills, dance move and sense of style. But in recent years Bom decided to take a step back from the limelight due to her struggles with ADHD, which due to the medication also caused her to gain some weight due.

However, fast forward to 2021 and Bom has returned to social media in order to show off her incredible weight loss. It’s been reported that Bom has lost 11- 15 kg thanks to a Juvis Diet which is a common practice among K-pop celebrities.

Though good genes like Bom’s and regular workouts count for a lot, the right products and body prep each day can go a long way to helping your limbs look their best. Read on below for Bom’s top tips!

Tone Your Legs Whilst Sitting

You don’t need to do a full-body workout to have toned legs! Instead, you can adopt some simple sitting down exercises that will help you keep you fit and trim. Try incorporating some simple thigh squeezes holding a book between your knees and squeeze it for 5 seconds. Repeat 10-15 times.

Do 20 minutes of Exercise A Day

You can also incorporate some leg raises. Simply lay on your side and lift your leg off the ground, then lower and repeat.

Do Leg Lifts Just Before Bed

Park has revealed that she even does leg lifts just before going to bed. To copy, perch against a wall and arch your toes towards your body, and hold for about 20 minutes. This will increase circulation and help to tone your lower body.
