There is no denying that the world has an unhealthy preoccupation with the way celebrities look as they age. However, for some celebrities, this questioning is totally justified, especially when it comes to stars like South Korean pop star Lee Hyori. Hyori, who is now 41, often leaves us perplexed at how she still looks like she’s in her 20s (or dare we say even younger!).
This got us into research mode and soon we were digging through the internet to find out what it really is that keeps Hyori looking so young. Raw Food Diet
Contrary to what you might first think, the raw food diet doesn’t actually mean totally raw. Food can still be heated but not over 48 degrees. A follower of this diet can expect to eat raw fruit and vegetables, nuts, nut pastes, grain sprouts, legume sprouts, seeds, plant oils, sea vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, and fresh juices. With results that look as good as Lee’s - we’ll happily reach for the carrot sticks.
In addition to a super healthy raw-food diet, Lee has also spilled that she liked to wake up with a cup of hot tea every morning. The benefits of drinking tea include boosting your metabolism and getting a hit of those good-for-you antioxidants.
No matter how busy her schedule is (and we’re guessing it’s pretty busy) Lee insists that she doesn’t go a day without incorporating some kind of dance training or yoga practice into her daily routine. Lee says that she typically starts her day at 5 am with some light exercise. Morning yoga stretches can help boost your blood circulation and increase your energy for the day ahead.
