Dior & Birkenstock Collaborate On Amazing High End Sandals!

Dior tends to multiply it’s men's clothing every season. Some suggest Kim Jones is likely to be let go if he doesn't collaborate with others in his creative efforts. However, there have been surprises in the homework handed over in these seasons, like a collab with Travis Scott (although this eventually discontinued). Although joint ventures are nothing new for the brand, if they are done well, there will be a successful market response. Sandals make a star appearance in the just-concluded fashion show, launched by Dior and Birkenstock!

Birkenstock used to be a favorite of fashion people, basic styles, comfortable soles, and a little artificial mechanics, which teach people to walk with less burden after wearing them. However, Birkenstock has been out of fashion for a while, and this season Dior decided to bring it back to the fashion world with a series of flannel sandals. This flannel series even reminded me of the Birkenstock flannel toe shoes that were popular in Japan at that time, and I even had to purchase them to buy them.

The sandals look like plain flannel shoes essentially, offering an Oblique print on the sole, as well as a typical Dior seat belt buckle. The plain style shoes are very delicate; and the embroidery is the highlight of this series, created with a lovely handcrafted feel. With a contrast effect, the iron buckle balances the femininity of the floral pattern.
