Mountain climbers exercise nearly your whole body. And your core gets an incredibly good workout, too. Starting from a plank position, you should bring one knee to your chest alternatively, then back out again. Speed up and repeat till you're "running" against the floor.
If you want to exercise your lower body, try the lunge exercise. Position one leg forward with knee bent while position the other leg behind. You can also add in dumbbells to do a level-up workout.
Jumping Jack, an aerobic exercise, can train your entire body muscles. Simply jump to a position with the legs spread wide and the hands touching overhead. Return to the original position and repeat again.
