Princess Charlotte is a style icon in her own right. Her cute age-appropriate style and outfit choices set trends, and the clothing she wears tends to sell out in seconds. Floral dresses, knitted cardigans and matching pumps have become her signature look and despite what you may think, her wardrobe is full of affordable pieces that us, the masses can shop too.
To celebrate Princess Charlotte’s birthday in May this year, her parents released photos of her looking adorable in a black and white checked ruffle-neck dress by Zara. And after some further internet sleuthing we were able to find out what other affordable fashion brands Princess Charlotte has been spotted in. Think of this as your affordable guide to the baby and children’s fashion brands Kate and William love the most, and where you can shop them.
Princess Charlotte has been papped thousands of times in different outfits, and you’ll notice that in nearly all of them she’s wearing a dress. Cute, floral dresses with frilled accents have become her signature and lucky for us, they’re often from affordable brands. Some of Kate’s favourites include styles from John Lewis, Amaia, Rachel Riley, Malvi & Co and Ralph Lauren. And though the prices vary slightly, all of them definitely tip to the affordable end of the scale, with the cheapest being HK$200!

To celebrate Princess Charlotte's fourth birthday the palace released some seriously cute photos of the young royal wearing a cute sweater and skirt combo, which has to be one of our favourite looks of hers to date. Like her dresses, most of the knitwear that Princess Charlotte is spotted in are from mid-priced brands such as Boden, Amaia, JoJo Maman and M&H.
Who could forget Princess Charlotte’s first day of school look, where she wore a burgundy coat, matching pumps and a pink scarf and bag - iconic.
