The Autumn Winter Fashion Trends To Try Now

There might still be a few more weeks left of summer, there is no denying that the seasons are beginning to turn and autumn fashion is on everyone’s minds. （１）Irregular Tailoring

Avante Garde tailoring is nothing new in the fashion world. From Comme des Garçons to more recently, Alexander Wang and the Japanese brand Sacai, designers love to play on proportions and create tailoring that is so much than just your basic blazer. Proving that it’s the little tweaks to staple items that make all the difference, some of this season’s coolest tailored garments are those that have been given an understated twist.

We called out this trend back in spring and the oversized tote is still dominating fashion sales. Gone are the days of the teeny tiny Baguette – this season’s latest trend has practicality in mind. Oversized tote bags can hold all your necessities without worry and look chic whilst doing it. Go colourful and printed with Fendi and Moshchino, or stick to classic black with styles from Bottega Veneta and Loewe.

Square-toe heels had previously dominated the footwear market for the past year, but now there’s a new style in town and that’s the pointed toe. Previously known for being mumsy, garish and unfashionable, the pointed-toe shoe has come full circle and is now the epitome of cool-girl style. This season it seems the eyelid has taken a back seat to the lower lash line.
