These Are The Only Pairs Of Winter Boots Worth Investing In <br/> | Goxip

After what has felt like one of the longest years yet, suddenly, just like that we’re in December. We know, it still feels like March, right? 2020 has been quite a year so far, but now, that we’re firmly in winter - it’s time to talk about boots.

Despite having spent a lot of time in socks, slippers and comfy trainers, a pair of winter boots is always a good idea and a worthy investment piece. And with so many styles to choose from, we’ve rounded up the 4 winter boot styles that are worth putting on your radar (and onto your feet).

(1)Ankle Boots

If you’re unsure where to start with new season boots then the ankle boot is your failsafe choice. Wear a pair under full-length wide-leg trousers or flares with a cropped, hooded jacket and a crossbody bag.

And what we love most about a good pair of ankle boots, is that can be worn in just about any season. Swap your jeans and trousers for a midi skirt and T-shirt come spring and you’ll be good to go.

(2)Ugly Boots

Ugly boots have their time and place, and that place is in winter. Big, clumpy and fluffy, a pair of snow boots are a winter savour, and we all know that anything that keeps your feet warm is worth investing in.

When it comes to choosing, nothing beats a pair of UGG boots. Between the fur lining and waterproof exterior, each pair is everything you could wish for in a winter shoe.

(3)Animal Prints Boots

Don’t be afraid to step out in a pair of animal-print boots this season. A nod to this year’s 70s trend, embrace a heeled pair and style them with indigo jeans and a statement blouse for an on-point look.

(4)Long Boots

A knee-high boot is a must in every woman’s wardrobe, they’ll add instant polish to just about any outfit. Try them with a midi skirt and blouse combo, or, if you prefer, wear them to elevate jeans and an embroidered knit. An investment worth making, we think.
