Meet Louis Vuitton’s Newest Twist Bag, A Luxe Take On 2-in1 Styling
For those looking to get in on the multi-bagging trend, let us introduce to you the newest addition to the Louis Vuitton Twist bag range - The Twist and Twisty.
Charm Bags are super fashionable right now and we’re totally on-board with this new 2-in-1 situation that allows you to personalize your styling. Despite being only 5 years old, LV’s Twist series has quickly become a cult design for the brand and already the style set are loving the new mini-me take on the original.
The bag’s best selling point (other than looking cute) has to be the extra storage you get. Not only can the mini bag attached be used to store smaller, on-hand items, but it can also be detached and used alone, allowing you to partake in the mini bag trend.
It’s not just the LV Twist that is allowing for 2-in-1 styling, we’ve searched the market and have rounded up our some of our favourite designs that allow multiple styling options below.
（１）LV Multi Pochette Accessoires
A predecessor to the LV Twist and Twisty, the LV Multi Pouchette bag was another instant success for the brand. An Instagram favourite, the Multi Pochette featured a hybrid of Pochettes in varying sizes coated in LV’s monogram canvas leather. Featuring the Pochette Accessoires, the Mini Pochette Accessoires, and a round coin purse, it also comes with a removable Louis Vuitton inscribed Khaki strap and gold-toned chain.
（２）Chanel 19 bags
The Chanel 19 - a single-flap crossbody bag was first created as a homage to the Chanel 2.55, and it also features the brand’s signature quilted fabrication and chain strap. Offering plenty of styling options, it can be worn over the shoulder, cross-body or even as a clutch.
The epitome of 90s and early 00s style, the Fendi Baguette is one of the most iconic bags of the decade. In 2019 however, the Baguette had a reinvention when in response to the mini bag trend, Galeries Lafayette launched the Nano Baguette, a teeny-tiny version of the original. Though you can’t buy the Nano and the original baguette together, the two can be conjoined with a strap for 2-in-1 styling. Carrie Bradshaw would approve.
