In celebration of its 85th anniversary, the Japanese brand Porter has enlisted the renowned artist Takashi Murakami to remix some of its most popular designs. The new collection includes the Doctor's Bag, the Helmet Bag, and the 2WAY Tool Bag, as well as the Vertical Shoulder Bag and the Fanny Pack. The centrepiece of each design is Murakami's signature flower motif and embroidered "skull" detail. Each bag also comes with a removable stuffed flower, similar to PORTER’s and Murakami's previous collaborations.

This is not the first collection of bags that Murakami has worked on with Porter. Back in 2019, Porter released a three-piece military-green collection with the Japanese artist. Like the previous collection, Murakami’s iconic flower motifs are made to be detachable for a customisable look.

Available in different silhouettes and sizes, each piece can be worn cross-body or by the shoulder for a casual look. The collection’s most reasonably priced item is the belt bag, which priced at 64,000 Yen (HK$4,800) comes with both a belt buckle and an additional key chain.

Each design is made from navy nylon twill with a glossy finish and each comes adorned with tonal stitching details and a detachable keychain hanging at the shoulder straps.
